Technology Mission
OUR GOAL IS INTEGRATING TEACHING, LEARNING AND TECHNOLOGY IN OUR CLASSROOM TO PREPARE FOR 21ST WORLDWIDE COMMUNICATION.
Goal: Integrate the same technology in all schools and in all classrooms, K-12th.
Problem: 1. Budget.

4. Professional development and training of teachers.
Solution:

Budgeting/Financial Planning • Budget whatever monies come from state and federal government.
• Determine the total costs for technology as a percentage of total spending.
• Determine cost per student
• Consider a systemic restructuring of budgets to realize efficiencies, cost savings and reallocation. This can include reallocations in expenditures on textbooks, instructional supplies, and space and computer labs.
• Consider leasing with 3-5 year refresh cycles.
